No work or artist is discriminated against by their country, language, age, race, education, gender, ideology, or economic resources. Every content, every form, every technique is allowed without any censorship.
Only the films selected by the selection committee will be eligible for the award and the creators of the selected films will be notified. And the ‘TNISFC’ crew will not be held responsible for any unexpected delays in getting information for the award
By entering the ‘TNISFC’ contestants and/or their parents or legal guardian (if such entrant is a minor) agree to accept and control the competition and its judges’ decisions
The selection of films for the ‘TNISFC’ will be held by the selection panel Judges. But Event organizers have officials reserve the right to reject any film that offends any caste /ethnic/religious sentiment.
The competition authorities have the right to screen (maximum of 5 screenings per film) in various cities of India on a non-commercial basis. For advertising purposes, any part of the movie that participates in the contest may be shown on any TV network / Pamphlet/ magazines and newspapers / Internet or related.
The contestant agrees to be bound by the Competition Procedure and the terms set forth herein. The ‘TNISFC’ reserves the right to extend the event deadline for any unexpected reasons. In the future, ‘TNISFC’ have permission to use the winner’s name for commercial and promotional purposes.
